I use:

don't remember theattributes exactly..
Fast Casting: 11+1+2
Inspiration: 8 + 1
Illusion (as much of the rest as possible) + 1

My Norgu build is:
Flesh of My Flesh (or any othe res skill)
Mantra of Recovery {Elite}
Frustration
Energy Tap
Web of Disruption
Power Return
Power Drain (sometimes Leech Signet)
Clumsiness

I used to give him Drain Delusions instead of Energy Tap but he often uses it to strip a hex other than Web of Disruption.

Ye, the one thing that henchies are absolutely awesome at (always have been) is interrupts. I have my Ranger set to inters, and Norgu set to inters as well.
